- Achieve individual CRM goals and excel in customer interactions, including consultations, sales, and on-site repairs.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics.
- Ensure first-class processing of repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.
- Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
- Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are ideal.
- Outgoing and customer-focused with an intuitive sense for luxury.
- Passionate about enhancing the customer experience.
