- Achieve personal sales targets through exceptional client engagement and product expertise.
- Educate clients on the brand's heritage and current product offerings.
- Maintain an active client book to nurture and expand client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store sales objectives.
- Provide exemplary customer service with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ensure timely follow-up on client purchases, repairs, and inquiries.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of company history, new products, and competitors.
- Operate the store POS system, including opening and closing the register.
- Process payments and returns efficiently.
- Conduct inventory counts and adhere to loss prevention policies.
- Maintain store merchandising standards and ensure store readiness.
- Perform housekeeping duties to uphold store appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Luxury sales experience preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and prospecting client relationships.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of fashion and design trends.
- Passion for travel and luxury goods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury sales or a related field is required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
