- Achieve personal sales targets by leveraging exceptional client relations and product knowledge.
- Educate clients on the company's history and current product offerings.
- Maintain an active client book to foster new and existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store sales objectives.
- Present oneself in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on client purchases, repairs, and inquiries.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of company history, new products, and competitors to provide the best customer experience.
- Operate the store's POS system efficiently, including opening and closing the register.
- Process payments and returns of merchandise accurately.
- Conduct inventory counts and adhere to the company's loss prevention policies.
- Maintain and execute store merchandising standards.
- Ensure store readiness and perform housekeeping duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of luxury sales experience.
- Proven experience in developing and prospecting client relationships, with an established client book preferred.
- Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Team player with a passion for fashion, design trends, and travel.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift large boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury sales, with a focus on client relationship development.
High school diploma or equivalent.
