- Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store sales targets.
- Educate clients on company history and product knowledge.
- Maintain an active client book to foster new and existing client relationships.
- Support team members in achieving collective sales goals.
- Present oneself in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
- Ensure prompt follow-up with client purchases, repairs, and inquiries.
- Continuously build knowledge of company history, new products, and competitors to enhance customer experience.
- Understand and operate the store POS system effectively.
- Open and close the register, process payments and returns.
- Conduct inventory counts and adhere to company loss prevention policies.
- Maintain and execute store merchandising standards.
- Ensure store readiness and perform housekeeping duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury sales preferred.
- Experience in developing and prospecting client relationships, with an established client book being ideal.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Team player with a knowledge of fashion, design trends, and a passion for travel.
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift large boxes up to 10kg repeatedly.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury sales, with a focus on client relationship development.
High school diploma or equivalent.
