1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.

3. Proficiency in managing CRM systems and achieving sales targets.
4. Ability to perform minor repairs and handle after-sales processes.
5. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
