1. Strengthen and build customer relationships through first-class consultations.
2. Achieve individual CRM goals and participate in extensive product and repair training.
3. Manage customer interactions from consultation to sales and minor on-site repairs.
4. Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics.
5. Ensure first-class processing of repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
