1. Strengthen and build customer relationships through first-class consultations.
2. Achieve individual CRM goals and excel in product and repair training.
3. Serve as a professional point of contact for after-sales topics.
4. Ensure first-class processing of repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
3. Passion for selling luxury products and enhancing customer experience.

1. Customer-focused with an intuitive sense for luxury.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to handle after-sales service professionally.
4. Technical aptitude for small on-site repairs.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
