1. Strengthen and build customer relationships through first-class consultations.
2. Achieve individual CRM goals and excel in customer interactions, including consultations, sales, and on-site repairs.
3. Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics, ensuring ongoing customer engagement.
4. Manage high-quality repair processes, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but newcomers are welcome.
2. Fluency in German and English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
3. Passion for selling luxury products and enhancing the customer experience.

1. Strong customer focus and an intuitive sense for luxury.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to perform small repairs and manage after-sales services.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably within the luxury sector.
