- Achieve personal sales targets by leveraging exceptional client relations and product knowledge.
- Educate clients on the company's history and current product offerings.
- Maintain an active client book to foster new and existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store sales objectives.
- Consistently present a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ensure timely follow-up on client purchases, repairs, and inquiries.
- Enhance customer experience by staying informed about company history, new products, and competitors.
- Operate the store's POS system efficiently, including opening and closing registers.
- Process payments and returns accurately.
- Conduct inventory counts and comply with the company's loss prevention policies.
- Maintain and execute store merchandising standards.
- Ensure store readiness and uphold housekeeping duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of luxury sales experience.
- Proven ability to develop and prospect client relationships, with an established client book preferred.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of fashion, design trends, and a passion for travel.
- Exceptional client relations and communication skills.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical capability to lift boxes up to 20 lbs repeatedly.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury sales, with experience in client development and prospecting.
High school diploma or equivalent.
