1. Achieve personal sales goals through exceptional client relations and product knowledge.

4. Support team members to achieve collective store sales goals.
5. Present oneself in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
6. Ensure prompt follow-up with client purchases, repairs, and inquiries.
7. Provide an unparalleled customer experience by continuously building knowledge of company history, new products, and competitors.
8. Understand and operate the store POS system efficiently.
9. Open and close the register, process payments and returns.
10. Conduct inventory counts and adhere to company loss prevention policies.
11. Maintain and execute store merchandising standards.
12. Ensure store readiness and perform housekeeping duties.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Luxury sales experience preferred.
3. Experience in developing existing and prospecting new clients.
4. Established client books are advantageous.
5. Professional presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
7. Knowledge of fashion, design trends, and a passion for travel.
8. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
9. Physical ability to lift large boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.
