- Operate and manage the store's POS system, including opening and closing registers.
- Process payments and returns efficiently.
- Conduct inventory counts and adhere to loss prevention policies.
- Maintain store merchandising standards and ensure store readiness.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury sales.
- Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of fashion, design trends, and a passion for travel.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Exceptional client relationship management.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury sales, with a proven track record of developing and managing client relationships.
High school diploma or equivalent.
