1. Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to store sales goals.
2. Educate clients on company history and product knowledge.
3. Maintain an active client book to cultivate relationships.
4. Support team members in achieving collective sales objectives.
5. Present oneself in a friendly and professional manner.
6. Ensure prompt follow-up on client purchases, repairs, and inquiries.
7. Provide exceptional customer experiences through continuous knowledge enhancement.
8. Understand and operate the store POS system.
9. Open and close the register, processing payments and returns.
10. Conduct inventory counts and adhere to loss prevention policies.
11. Maintain store merchandising standards and housekeeping duties.

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Minimum of 3 years of luxury sales experience preferred.
3. Experience in developing and prospecting client relationships.
4. Established client book is advantageous.
5. Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
7. Knowledge of fashion, design trends, and a passion for travel.

2. Proficiency in Spanish and English communication.
3. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Physical ability to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury sales, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.

High school diploma or equivalent.
