1. Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to store sales goals.
2. Educate clients on company history and current product offerings.
3. Maintain an active client book to foster and develop client relationships.
4. Support team members in achieving collective sales objectives.
5. Present oneself in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
6. Ensure prompt follow-up on client purchases, repairs, and inquiries.
7. Provide exceptional customer experiences by staying informed about company history, new products, and competitors.
8. Understand and operate the store POS system efficiently.
9. Open and close the register and process payments and returns.
10. Conduct inventory counts and adhere to loss prevention policies.
11. Maintain store merchandising standards and ensure store readiness.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury sales.
3. Experience in developing and prospecting client relationships.
4. Established client book is preferred.

1. Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
3. Knowledge of fashion, design trends, and a passion for travel.
4. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Physical ability to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury sales, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.

High school diploma or equivalent.
