- Enhance and maintain customer relationships through exceptional consultations.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales inquiries.
- Ensure high-quality processing of repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.
- Experience in the luxury sector preferred, but open to new entrants.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for selling luxury products and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
