- Strengthen and build customer relationships through first-class consultations.
- Achieve individual CRM goals and excel in product and repair training.
- Manage customer interactions from consultation to sales and on-site repairs.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for after-sales topics.
- Ensure first-class processing of repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.
- Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but newcomers are welcome.
- Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform minor repairs and manage after-sales services.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales processes.
