1. Strengthen and build customer relationships through first-class consultations.
2. Achieve individual CRM goals and excel in customer interactions from consultation to sales to small repairs.
3. Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics.
4. Ensure first-class processing of repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team to return to customers.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.

1. Fluent in German and English, additional language skills are ideal.
2. Passionate about consulting and enhancing the customer experience.
