1. Strengthen and build customer relationships through first-class consultations.

3. Handle customer interactions from consultation to sales and minor repairs.
4. Serve as a professional point of contact for after-sales topics.
5. Ensure first-class processing of repairs from acceptance to return.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred but not mandatory.

1. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Strong customer service and consultation skills.
3. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
