- Enhance customer relationships through first-class consultations and service.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales inquiries and support.
- Provide exceptional customer service during the Christmas support period from mid-November to mid-January.
- Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on luxury products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Open to candidates with or without prior experience in the luxury sector.
