1. Enhance and maintain customer relationships through exemplary consultations and service.

3. Serve as a professional point of contact for after-sales inquiries and support.
4. Ensure high-quality standards in product repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, though new starters are welcome.
2. Fluency in German and English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
3. Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and selling luxury products.

1. Strong customer service orientation with an intuitive understanding of luxury.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to manage after-sales processes efficiently.
4. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales techniques.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role, preferably within the luxury sector.
