- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to store sales goals.
- Educate clients on the brand's history and product offerings.
- Maintain an active client book to foster new and existing relationships.
- Support team members in achieving collective sales objectives.
- Present oneself professionally and courteously to clients.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on client purchases, repairs, and inquiries.
- Continuously build knowledge of company history, new products, and competitors.
- Operate the store's POS system and manage financial transactions.
- Conduct inventory counts and adhere to loss prevention policies.
- Maintain store merchandising standards and ensure store readiness.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury sales.
- Experience in developing and prospecting client relationships.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of fashion, design trends, and a passion for travel.
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.
- Exceptional client relations and communication skills.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury sales, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
