1. Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to store sales goals.
2. Educate clients on the brand's history and product offerings.
3. Maintain an active client book to foster new and existing relationships.
4. Support team members in achieving collective sales objectives.
5. Present oneself professionally and courteously to clients.
6. Ensure prompt follow-up on client purchases, repairs, and inquiries.
7. Continuously build knowledge of company history, new products, and competitors.
8. Operate the store's POS system and manage financial transactions.
9. Conduct inventory counts and adhere to loss prevention policies.
10. Maintain store merchandising standards and ensure store readiness.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury sales.
3. Experience in developing and prospecting client relationships.
4. Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
6. Knowledge of fashion, design trends, and a passion for travel.
7. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. Physical ability to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.
