- Achieve personal sales targets while supporting team objectives.
- Educate clients on the brand's history and current product offerings.
- Maintain and expand a client book to foster relationships.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and follow-up on purchases and inquiries.
- Operate the store's POS system and manage transactions.
- Conduct inventory counts and adhere to loss prevention policies.
- Maintain store merchandising standards and housekeeping duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury sales.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of fashion and design trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical capability to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury sales, with a focus on client development and relationship management.
High school diploma or equivalent.
