1. Achieve personal sales targets through exceptional client relations and product knowledge.
2. Educate clients on company history and current product offerings.
3. Maintain an active client book to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
4. Support team members in achieving store sales goals.
5. Present oneself in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
6. Ensure prompt follow-up with client purchases, repairs, and inquiries.
7. Continuously build knowledge of company history, new products, and competitors to provide the best customer experience.
8. Understand and operate the store POS system efficiently.
9. Open and close the register, process payments, and handle merchandise returns.
10. Conduct inventory counts and adhere to company loss prevention policies.
11. Maintain and execute store merchandising standards.
12. Ensure store readiness and perform housekeeping duties.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Fluency in Mandarin is required.
3. Minimum of 3 years of luxury sales experience.
4. Previous experience in developing and prospecting new clients.
5. Established client book is ideal.

1. Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
3. Team player with a passion for fashion, design trends, and travel.
4. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Physical ability to lift large boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury sales is required, with a proven track record in client development and relationship management.
