- Strengthen and build customer relationships through first-class consultations.
- Achieve individual CRM goals and excel in customer interactions, including sales and small on-site repairs.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for after-sales topics, ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
- Manage the repair process from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.
- Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Passion for customer experience and consulting.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
