1. Strengthen and build customer relationships through first-class consultations.
2. Achieve individual CRM goals and excel in customer interactions, including sales and on-site repairs.
3. Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics, ensuring continuous customer engagement.
4. Ensure first-class processing of repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
2. Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are advantageous.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury sector.
