1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's image and instilling passion and pride for RIMOWA.
2. Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Ensure store standards align with visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a world-class experience.
5. Build and maintain client relationships to assist in product selection and offer suitable advice.
6. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Process sales professionally while maintaining client relationships.
8. Gather and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure personal follow-up.
9. Enhance product knowledge by staying updated with trends, participating in training, and researching products.
10. Support stock control and management as directed by management.
11. Stay informed about market trends in the retail industry.
12. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
