- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's image and instilling passion and pride for RIMOWA.
- Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Ensure store standards align with visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a world-class experience.
- Build and maintain client relationships to assist in product selection and offer suitable advice.
- Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Process sales professionally while maintaining client relationships.
- Gather and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure personal follow-up.
- Enhance product knowledge by staying updated with trends, participating in training, and researching products.
- Support stock control and management as directed by management.
- Stay informed about market trends in the retail industry.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Passion for service, lifestyle, and travel destinations
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Excellent personal presentation as a Rimowa Brand Ambassador
- Understanding of retail KPIs
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Ability to stay updated with market trends
Minimum of 3 years in a similar retail or sales role, preferably within the luxury sector.
