1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand image and instilling passion for RIMOWA.
2. Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Ensure store standards align with visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Deliver world-class customer service and enhance in-store service standards.
5. Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and assist in product selection.
6. Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Process sales confidently while maintaining client rapport.
8. Gather and manage client CRM details for personal follow-up and client book development.
9. Stay informed on market trends, product lines, and competition.
10. Support stock control and management as directed by management.
11. Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
