1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand image and instilling passion for RIMOWA among customers and the store team.
2. Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Ensure store standards align with visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Deliver world-class customer service to enhance client experiences.
5. Build and maintain client relationships to maximize sales and assist in product selection.
6. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships.
8. Gather and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book.
9. Stay informed about market trends and product lines, participating in store training.
10. Support stock control and management as directed by management.
11. Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Passion for retail and sales, with a focus on client needs and experience.
2. Proactive and positive attitude.
3. Excellent personal presentation as a Rimowa Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of Retail KPIs.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry is required.
