- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand image and instilling passion and pride for RIMOWA.
- Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Ensure store standards reflect visual merchandising guidelines and promote the brand image.
- Deliver world-class customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and informed about the brand.
- Build and maintain client relationships, assisting in product selection and providing tailored advice.
- Introduce complementary products to clients, sharing product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships and gathering CRM details.
- Actively enhance product knowledge by staying updated with trends, participating in training, and researching products.
- Support stock control and management in line with management directions.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Passion for retail and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client needs.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent personal presentation as a RIMOWA Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry is required.
