1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand image and instilling passion and pride for RIMOWA.
2. Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Ensure store standards align with visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Deliver world-class customer service to maximize sales and build loyal client relationships.
5. Educate clients about the brand and assist them in selecting suitable products.
6. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales.
7. Process sales confidently and maintain client relationships through CRM.
8. Stay informed about market trends and product lines, participating in store training.
9. Support stock control and management as directed by management.
10. Handle special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
