1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand image and instilling passion and pride for RIMOWA.
2. Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Ensure store standards align with visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Deliver world-class customer service to enhance client experience.
5. Build and maintain client relationships, assisting in product selection and providing expert advice.
6. Drive sales by introducing complementary products and sharing in-depth product knowledge.
7. Process sales transactions professionally while maintaining client relationships.
8. Gather and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book and ensure personal follow-up.
9. Stay informed on market trends, participate in training, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
10. Support stock control and management in line with management directions.
11. Handle special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
