1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand's image and values.
2. Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Ensure store standards align with visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a world-class experience for all clients.
5. Build and maintain client relationships, assisting them in product selection and providing tailored advice.
6. Introduce complementary products to clients, sharing product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships and ensuring follow-up.
8. Gather and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book.
9. Enhance product knowledge by staying updated on trends, participating in training, and understanding competition.
10. Support stock management and control in line with management directives.
11. Stay informed on market trends within the retail industry.
12. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
13. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Passion for retail and sales with a focus on client needs and experience.
2. Proactive and positive attitude.
3. Excellent personal presentation as a RIMOWA Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of retail KPIs.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
