1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand image and values.
2. Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Ensure store standards align with visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Deliver world-class customer service and enhance service standards in-store.
5. Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and assist in product selection.
6. Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Process sales confidently and professionally while maintaining client rapport.
8. Gather and manage client CRM details for relationship building and follow-up.
9. Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about market trends.
10. Support stock control and management as directed by management.
11. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail or sales.

5. Understanding of retail KPIs.
