1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand image and instilling passion and pride for RIMOWA.
2. Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Uphold store standards in line with visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Deliver world-class customer service to enhance client experience.
5. Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and assist in product selection.
6. Build and maintain client relationships, offering suitable advice and introducing complementary products.
7. Process sales professionally while maintaining client rapport.
8. Gather and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure personal follow-up.
9. Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about market trends and competition.
10. Support stock control and management as directed by management.
11. Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
