1. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting the RIMOWA brand image and values.
2. Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Ensure store standards align with visual merchandising guidelines to uphold the brand image.
4. Deliver world-class customer service to enhance the client experience.
5. Build and maintain client relationships to maximize sales and develop a loyal client base.
6. Educate clients about the brand and assist them in selecting suitable products.
7. Introduce complementary products to drive sales and achieve targets.
8. Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships.
9. Gather and manage client CRM details for personalized follow-up and client book development.
10. Stay informed about product lines, market trends, and competition.
11. Support stock management in line with management directions.
12. Handle special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Passion for retail and sales, with a focus on client needs and experience.
2. Proactive and positive attitude.
3. Excellent personal presentation as a RIMOWA Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of retail KPIs.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is required.
