1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand's image and values.
2. Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Ensure store standards align with visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the brand image.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a world-class shopping experience.
5. Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales and achieve targets.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

3. Excellent personal presentation as a RIMOWA Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of Retail KPIs.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
