- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand image to clients and the store team.
- Maintain exemplary store standards in alignment with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a world-class experience for all clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships, offering tailored advice and product recommendations.
- Drive sales by introducing complementary products and sharing in-depth product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions confidently and professionally while maintaining client rapport.
- Collect and manage client CRM details to enhance relationship building and client book development.
- Stay informed on market trends, product lines, and competitor activities.
- Support stock control and management as directed by store management.
- Assist with special client requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Passion for service, lifestyle, and travel destinations.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of Retail KPIs.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry is required.
