1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand image and instilling passion and pride for RIMOWA.
2. Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Ensure store standards align with visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Deliver world-class customer service and enhance client experience in-store.
5. Build and maintain client relationships to assist in product selection and provide tailored advice.
6. Introduce complementary products to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Process sales professionally while maintaining client relationships.
8. Gather and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure personal follow-up.
9. Stay informed on market trends, product lines, and competition.
10. Support stock control and management as directed by management.
11. Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Passion for retail and sales with a focus on client needs and experience.
2. Proactive and positive attitude.
3. Excellent personal presentation as a RIMOWA Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of Retail KPIs.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry is required.
