1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand image and instilling passion and pride for RIMOWA.
2. Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Ensure store standards align with visual merchandising guidelines, promoting the brand image.
4. Deliver world-class customer service to enhance client experience.
5. Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships.
6. Assist clients in product selection, offering advice and introducing complementary products.
7. Process sales professionally, maintaining client relationships and gathering CRM details.
8. Drive product knowledge by staying updated on trends, participating in training, and understanding competition.
9. Support stock control and management in line with directives.
10. Stay informed about retail industry market trends.
11. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
