1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, instilling passion and pride for the brand among clients and the store team.
2. Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Uphold store standards in alignment with visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Deliver world-class customer service to enhance the in-store experience.
5. Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and assist in product selection.
6. Build and maintain client relationships, offering suitable advice and introducing complementary products.
7. Process sales professionally while maintaining client rapport.
8. Gather client CRM details for relationship management and client book development.
9. Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and competition.
10. Support stock control and management in accordance with management directions.
11. Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
12. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
