1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the RIMOWA brand image and values.
2. Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Ensure store standards align with visual merchandising guidelines to uphold the brand image.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a world-class shopping experience.
5. Build and maintain relationships with clients, assisting them in product selection and providing tailored advice.
6. Introduce complementary products to clients, sharing product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships.
8. Gather and manage client CRM details to build a robust client book and ensure personal follow-up.
9. Stay informed about market trends, participate in store training, and update product knowledge.
10. Support stock control and management in accordance with management directions.
11. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
