1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand image and instilling passion and pride for RIMOWA.
2. Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Ensure store standards reflect visual merchandising guidelines, promoting the brand image consistently.
4. Deliver world-class customer service to enhance the client experience.
5. Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships to assist in product selection.
6. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships and gathering CRM details.
8. Actively enhance product knowledge by staying updated with trends, participating in training, and researching products.
9. Support stock control and management as per management directions.
10. Stay informed about market trends in the retail industry.
11. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

4. Excellent personal presentation as a RIMOWA Brand Ambassador.
5. Understanding of Retail KPIs.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
