1. Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand image and instilling passion for RIMOWA.
2. Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Ensure store standards reflect visual merchandising guidelines and promote the brand image.
4. Deliver world-class customer service, building and maintaining loyal client relationships.
5. Educate clients about the brand and assist them in selecting suitable products.
6. Drive sales by introducing complementary products and sharing product knowledge.
7. Process sales confidently while maintaining client relationships.
8. Gather and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure personal follow-ups.
9. Stay updated on market trends, product lines, and participate in store training.
10. Support stock control and management in line with management directions.
11. Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Understanding of Retail KPIs.
3. Excellent personal presentation as a Rimowa Brand Ambassador.

1. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
2. Proactive and positive attitude.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
5. Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client needs.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the retail industry.
