- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand image to customers and the store team.
- Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Ensure store standards align with visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
- Deliver world-class customer service and enhance in-store service standards.
- Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and assist in product selection.
- Build and maintain client relationships to maximize sales and achieve targets.
- Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales.
- Process sales confidently and maintain client relationships post-purchase.
- Gather and manage client CRM details to build a robust client book.
- Stay informed on market trends, product lines, and competition.
- Support stock control and management as directed by management.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Passion for service, lifestyle, and travel destinations.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Rimowa Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of Retail KPIs.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
