- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand's image and values.
- Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Ensure store standards align with visual merchandising guidelines to uphold the brand image.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the in-store experience.
- Educate clients about the brand and assist them in selecting suitable products.
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Process sales professionally while maintaining client rapport.
- Gather and manage client CRM details for relationship building and follow-up.
- Stay informed about market trends, product lines, and competition.
- Support stock control and management as directed by management.
- Handle special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Passion for service, lifestyle, and travel destinations.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of Retail KPIs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and client management.
- Ability to maintain high standards of personal grooming and presentation.
- Knowledge of market trends and retail industry dynamics.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
