1. Act as a Brand Ambassador, instilling passion and pride for the brand.
2. Embody and represent the brand image to customers and the store team, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Maintain store standards in line with visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Enhance customer service standards to deliver world-class service consistently.
5. Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and assist in product selection while building rapport.
6. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Process sales professionally while maintaining client relationships.
8. Gather and manage client CRM details to build and maintain the client book with personal follow-ups.
9. Stay informed on market trends, participate in store training, and update product knowledge.
10. Support stock control and management as directed by management.
11. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
12. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

6. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
