- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to store sales goals.
- Educate clients on company history and current product offerings.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients through an active client book.
- Support team members in achieving collective sales objectives.
- Present oneself in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on client purchases, repairs, and inquiries.
- Continuously build knowledge of company history, new products, and competitors to enhance customer experience.
- Understand and operate the store POS system efficiently.
- Open and close the register, process payments and returns.
- Conduct inventory counts and adhere to loss prevention policies.
- Maintain store merchandising standards and ensure store readiness.
- Perform housekeeping duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of luxury sales experience.
- Experience in developing and prospecting client relationships, with an established client book preferred.
- Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Team player with a passion for fashion, design trends, and travel.
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift large boxes up to 20 lbs repeatedly.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury sales, with a proven track record in client relationship development and management.
High school diploma or equivalent.
