1. Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to store sales goals.
2. Educate clients on company history and current product offerings.
3. Maintain an active client book to foster new and existing client relationships.
4. Support team members in achieving collective sales objectives.
5. Present oneself in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
6. Ensure prompt follow-up on client purchases, repairs, and inquiries.
7. Continuously build knowledge of company history, new products, and competitors.
8. Operate the store POS system, including opening and closing registers.
9. Process payments and returns of merchandise.
10. Conduct inventory counts and adhere to loss prevention policies.
11. Maintain and execute store merchandising standards.
12. Ensure store readiness and perform housekeeping duties.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury sales.
3. Experience in developing and prospecting client relationships.
4. Established client book is ideal.

1. Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
3. Team player with a knowledge of fashion and design trends.
4. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Physical ability to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury sales, with a focus on client relationship development and prospecting.

High school diploma or equivalent.
