1. Enhance customer relationships through first-class consultations and a customer-focused approach.

3. Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics, ensuring continued customer engagement.
4. Manage the repair process, ensuring high-quality standards from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but newcomers are welcome.
2. Fluency in German and English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
3. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but candidates new to the industry are encouraged to apply.
