- Strengthen and expand customer relationships through exceptional consultations.

- Serve as a professional contact for all after-sales topics.
- Ensure high-quality repair processes from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.
- Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but newcomers are welcome.
- Fluent in German and English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
- Customer-oriented with an intuitive sense for luxury.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer experience.
