1. Enhance customer relationships through first-class consultations and customer-focused interactions.

3. Serve as a professional point of contact for after-sales topics, ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
4. Oversee the repair process, maintaining high-quality standards from acceptance to communication with the technical team, and ensuring timely returns to customers.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
