1. Enhance customer relationships through exceptional consultations and service.
2. Achieve individual CRM goals and excel in product and repair training.
3. Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics.
4. Ensure first-class processing of product repairs, from acceptance to return.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
